BPIS

About us

who we are

BPIS is Africa’s pioneering place-based growth architect, transforming malls and mixed-use assets into ecosystems of performance and culture. We deliver returns for investors, growth for tenants, and destinations that resonate with millions of Africans.

Our approach blends operational discipline, data intelligence, and cultural fluency to shape Africa’s most ambitious retail environments.

Every brand begins with a vision. Ours began with a question: what if Africa’s malls and mixed-use assets could be more than spaces, what if they could be systems? From that belief, BPIS was born.

Our name reflects this philosophy: growth happens when brands, people, and assets are seamlessly integrated into one ecosystem.

Even our logo carries this DNA. Inspired by the Adinkra symbol “Hye Won Hye” meaning “that which does not burn” it represents endurance and adaptability. Paired with the raffia mat, an African symbol of interconnectedness, it embodies our promise: to withstand pressure, adapt to change, and create systems where every part connects for collective performance.

OUR STORY

who we serve

BPIS partners with stakeholders across the commercial real estate value chain who demand measurable performance and sustainable growth.

We provide asset strategies that maximise ROI, curate the right tenant mix, and position developments for long-term growth.

We offer ecosystems that drive traffic, boost sales, and build stronger customer engagement.

We provide activation strategies that turn retail centres into engines of commerce, urban regeneration, and job creation.

We support operators with destination marketing, sponsorship, and non-rental income opportunities that strengthen competitiveness and profitability.

We offer full-cycle management, operational excellence, and monetisation solutions that enhance yields and protect asset value.

We support advertisers with verified DOOH networks, sponsorship platforms, and brand activations across Africa’s most strategic retail hubs.
